Virtual Therapy for Teens, Young Adults, & Families in Pennsylvania

A Safe Place to Land. A Stronger Way Forward.

Growing up, finding your direction, and navigating life's challenges aren't always easy.

Whether you're a teen feeling overwhelmed, a young adult trying to figure out what's next, an athlete struggling with pressure, or a parent unsure how to help, you don't have to navigate it alone.

At Steady Wings Counseling, I provide personalized virtual therapy throughout Pennsylvania, helping teens, college students, young adults, and athletes manage anxiety, ADHD, emotional challenges, and life transitions while building the confidence and skills to move forward.

Growing up with ADHD taught me that there's often more going on with a kid than what you see on the surface. I had plenty of energy and good intentions, but staying focused, managing my emotions, and getting started on assignments didn't always come easily. Whether in the classroom or on the soccer field, I wanted to do well, even if my actions didn't always show it. I had a lot of strengths. I just hadn't figured out how to use them yet.

Having a mentor who saw beyond my struggles made a lasting difference. He helped me recognize that my energy could be enthusiasm, my competitiveness could be determination, and that I had more going for me than I realized. That experience inspired me to become a therapist and help young people and families recognize their own potential.

That's the kind of support I hope to offer when we work together. We'll have real conversations, work through challenges, and build on your strengths, with encouragement and probably a little humor along the way. If that sounds like the kind of support you're looking for, I'd love the chance to get to know you and see how I can help.

You Don't Need to Have All the Answers Before Asking for Help

Sometimes, the hardest part is feeling like you should be able to figure everything out on your own.

Maybe you're doing your best but still feeling stuck, unsure of yourself, or overwhelmed by expectations. Or maybe you're a parent who sees your child struggling and wishes you knew how to help.

At Steady Wings Counseling, you don't need to show up with a plan or the right words. We'll start with what's going on in your life, talk about what matters most to you, and work together to find a way forward that feels right.

You don't have to figure it all out alone.

Ways We Can Work Together

It's Not Just About Feeling Better. It's About Becoming More Capable.
